Warranty and service
IMC-ENGINEERING LLC guarantees high quality and reliability of electronic warfare devices of the Rapier series. We are confident in our products and provide full warranty support.
Warranty terms and conditions:
- The warranty period for all Rapier devices is 12 months from the date of acceptance of the product by the Customer's representative.
- The date of acceptance is indicated in the product passport.
- By agreement, the warranty period may be counted from the date of delivery of the product to the consignee, if specified in the agreement (contract).
- During the warranty period, repairs are carried out by the manufacturer.
- The warranty is valid provided that the consumer complies with the terms and conditions of storage, transportation and operation set forth in the operating documentation.
- The product's service life is 2 years, not including the storage period of 3 years in the manufacturer's transport container in a preserved state.

- To ensure long and trouble-free operation of the devices, please read the operating instructions carefully before use.
- If you have any questions or problems with your device during the warranty period, please contact our customer service immediately.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
