Warranty Terms and Conditions:

    1. Warranty repairs will be conducted upon presentation of a fully completed warranty card by the customer.
    2. Delivery of equipment requiring warranty repair to the service department is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in additional written agreements.
    3. Warranty obligations do not extend to materials and parts considered expendable during operation.

Conditions for Warranty Obligation Interruption:

    1. Discrepancy between the serial number of the equipment submitted for warranty service and the serial number listed in the information and/or other written agreements (warranty card).
    2. Presence of obvious or hidden mechanical damage to the equipment caused by violations of transportation, storage, or operational rules.
    3. Discrepancies with the Rules and Conditions of Use revealed during repair, as applied to this type of equipment.
    4. Damage to control labels and seals (if applicable).
    5. Presence of foreign objects inside the equipment casing, regardless of their nature, if such possibility is not outlined in the technical documentation and Operating Instructions.
    6. Equipment failure caused by factors of force majeure and/or actions of third parties.
    7. Installation and startup of equipment by uncertified personnel, where the involvement of qualified personnel is explicitly specified in the technical documentation or other written agreements.
    8. Products may only be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
